MRSC Rosters is a shared statewide small public works and consultant roster service used by Washington local public agencies as an affordable and convenient alternative to maintaining their own rosters. As a shared website database, businesses have the opportunity to join multiple public agency rosters through one application and public agency members use their own individual agency small public works roster and consultant roster, hosted within the database.
Public agencies include Washington cities, counties, and special purpose districts authorized by statute to use a roster process, such as school districts, port districts, fire districts, water/sewer districts, library districts, and housing districts.
For a nominal annual membership fee, MRSC Rosters saves agency resources by hosting individual rosters within a shared database, posting the required annual legal notice in a newspaper of general circulation, supporting businesses with registration, verifying business eligibility to be listed, programming the searchable database, and assisting with roster records retention.
