Contractor account information will only be viewable by searching Agencies and MRSC Rosters. Once you create an account and are activated you do not need to login again unless some of your information needs to be updated.

Contractor Overview

Small Public Works Contractor Roster - MRSC Rosters online database offers a convenient and cost-effective way for you to market your services to Agencies statewide needing to solicit bids for small public works projects (under $200,000). MRSC Rosters accepts, processes, and manages Contractor and Consultant information so that you can register for multiple rosters in one registration process.

Contractor Requirements

In order to qualify for the MRSC Rosters, you must answer the following questions within your account, as required by the WA State RCW 39.04.350 Bidder Responsibility Criteria and to fulfill the supplemental information Agencies request for reference.

Minimum Qualifications
Valid UBI # (Unified Business Identifier)
Ability to provide a Performance Payment Bond (for projects over $35,000)
Valid Employment Security # & payment of prevailing wages (if employees)
Contractor Registration (if you are considered a contractor)
Industrial Insurance Coverage (if applicable)
Electrical License # (if applicable)
Elevator License # (if applicable)

Minority Business Status (if applicable)
Bonding Company
Insurance Company
Public Agency project experience
Have you had any construction bond forfeiture in the past five years?
Have you had any construction litigation in the past five years?
Have you made any claims that exceeded 10 percent of the original bid?
References from public agency or relevant non-public agency projects

* Answering "no" to a non-required question does not disqualify you from being on the MRSC Rosters, but it may influence an Agency's decision to select you for a project.

Step-by-Step Registration Process

1. Click on Contractor Sign Up.
2. Create an account by filling out fields and Create User.
3. Login with your new User Name and Password.
4. Following the left column list order and complete the questions in each section.
5. Once you have completed all of the questions, MRSC will review the information within 2-3 days and notify you of whether your account has been activated or if we have questions for you.
6. When you receive an email indicating that your account is active then Agencies can search for you and unless your information needs updated, there is no need to return to your account.
7. Please note that Agencies will primarily be contacting Contractors through email so it is important that you regularly check the primary email you provided.
