Small Works Membership

MRSC Rosters is where contractors who provide small works services can register to be on one or multiple participating public agency small works rosters and become eligible to receive notifications of small public works jobs under $300,000.

Common Questions and Small Works Instructions

Minimum Qualifications required by RCW 39.04.350

 • Washington Unified Business Identifier Number (UBI#)
 • Federal Tax ID#
 • Active Department of Revenue account
 • If Employees - Employment Security # and Pay Prevailing Wages
 • Applicable Licenses
 • Liability Insurance
 • Ability to Obtain a Bond

Annual Membership Options (chosen in account when selecting public agencies)

Basic Option • Listing with one public agency or select multiple agencies individually • Repeat selection process for each additional agency and each service • Free

Enhanced Option • Listing throughout entire county or with all public agencies • Select agencies and services without repeating process • Automatic listing with joining agencies in your membership year • $50 annually
