Small Works Contractor Membership

Shared Small Works Roster - MRSC Rosters is where contractors who provide small works services can register to be on one or multiple participating public agency small works rosters and in doing so be eligible to bid on small works projects under $300,000.
Common Questions

Minimum Qualifications - Small Works Contractors must meet the following qualifications, as required by the Washington small works statute RCW 39.04.350. *Public Agencies may request additional information for projects.

• Valid Email Address
• WA Unified Business Identifier Number (UBI#)
• Federal Tax ID#
• Active Department of Revenue account
• Employment Security # (if you have Employees)
• Contractor License
• Additional Licenses (e.g. electrical)
• Bonding Company (or ability to obtain a bond)
• Pay Prevailing Wages
• Liability Insurance

Annual Membership Options - It is Free to join MRSC Rosters using the Basic Option but since this is a shared roster, there is an Enhanced Option to allow you to register with multiple public agencies more efficiently. *Membership choice determined when selecting public agencies.

Contractor Membership Options
Basic Option • Free Annual Renewable Membership • Sign up to be searchable by one public agency or select multiple agencies individually • Repeat selection process for each additional agency you select and each service	Enhanced Option • $50/annual Renewable Membership • Sign up to be searchable throughout an entire county or statewide • Select multiple public agencies and services without repeating the process • With countywide or statewide selection you are automatically included with any public agencies joining within your membership year
