What is a Consultant?

Consultants who meet the below requirements and provide consulting services including architectural, engineering, planning, surveying, and other consulting services for participating public agencies utilizing the A&E and Professional Services statute RCW 39.80 bidding process instead of advertising for each project. Minimum Qualifications

• Valid Email Address
• WA Unified Business Identifier #
• Federal Tax ID#
• Professional Insurance
• Active Department of Revenue account
• Applicable Licenses (e.g. engineering)
• Statement of Qualifications (general)
