MRSC Rosters is where businesses who provide consulting services can register to be on one or multiple participating public agency consultant rosters and become eligible to receive notification of consulting projects.

Minimum Qualifications required by RCW 39.89

 • Washington Unified Business Identifier (UBI#)
 • Federal Tax ID#
 • Active Department of Revenue account
 • Applicable licenses
 • Professional insurance
 • Statement of Qualifications

Annual Membership Options (chosen in account when selecting public agencies)

Basic Option • Listing with one public agency or select multiple agencies individually • Repeat selection process for each additional agency and each service • Free
